Japan is a country that offers many anime in different genres every year. Many anime have beautiful female characters. Some of them are sexy. When talking about sexy female anime characters, this is the list that comes up to my mind instantly.

The list is presented in alphabetical order, starting with the character’s name, the anime, a photo and finally the reason of being selected. Photos are come from Google search. Please take no offense if you do not see your favorite sexy female anime character listed.

1. Faye Valentine – Cowboy Bebop

The common words to describe Faye Valentine are “Sexy”, “Cool” and “Dangerous”. She is famous for her gambling, cheating and competitive skills. This anime character looks very woman in whatever she dresses, though most of the time she dresses in yellow.

2. Lum Invader – Urusei Yatsura

Lum Invader is a beautiful sexy alien who comes to the Earth and starts a challenge in which the lustful Ataru Moroboshi wins against her. The anime goes on with this quarrelsome couple, together with other weird characters. The tiger-striped bikini and Go-Go Boots are her standard dressing.

3. Maya Natsume – Tenjho Tenge

Maya Natsume is studying in a school that teaches different fighting styles. She carries a cursed sword Reiki, given by her father. She can use a body manipulation technique that enables her revert to an eight year old girl. However, it is her adult form that looks sexy. She wears clothes showing a large portion of her big breasts. Underpants can also be seen during fighting.

4. Mikuru Asahina – The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Mikuru Asahina is a time traveler who comes here to do investigation. She pretends herself as a student and joins in the SOS Brigade. She is a lovely girl, but too soft in character to refuse Haruhi’s commands. Hence, she is always being dressed up with different sexy costumes, including the bunny, waitress.

5. Misa Amane – Death Note

Misa Amane is a famous model, singer and actresses. According to the Wikipedia, “Misa has a bust size of 76 centimeters, a waist size of 51 centimeters, and a hip size of 75 centimeters.” As a top young idol, she adopts a modern and sexy outlook.

6. Mizuho Kazami – Please Teacher!

Mizuho Kazami is half alien, half human. She comes with a mission to monitor the Earth, but ends with a personal quest of love. At age of 23, she is a teacher who loves eating Pochy (actually means Pocky, a Japanese snack in the real world). She looks sexy and mature with a certain degree of loveliness.

7. Motoko Kusanagi – Ghost in the Shell

In Battle Vixens, there are many female characters. I am using Sonsaku Hakufu as the representative. Battle Vixens is loosely based on the Chinese classic novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms. The male characters in the original novel change to female sexy characters, with big breasts and mini skirt at abnormally short length. And they fight. When Sonsaku Hakufu kicks, audience will see her underpants.
